A foundation-laying ceremony was held for the construction of new houses for five families affected by the Dikva disaster.
The project is being carried out with the coordination of Sarraj Laafir, CDC Chairman of Puttalam 617/C Grama Niladhari Division, and Iflal Ameen, Puttalam Municipal Council Member and CDC Chairman of 617/B Grama Niladhari Division.
The project is an important initiative to provide safe and permanent homes for the affected families.
