It is a great honor and responsibility to serve as the first Mayor of the Puttalam Municipal Council. I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me by the people of Puttalam. My vision is to build a well-planned, clean, and inclusive city where development goes hand in hand with harmony, transparency, and public participation.

Together with the council staff and all stakeholders, I am committed to improving municipal services, strengthening infrastructure, and ensuring sustainable development for present and future generations.
