The Puttalam Municipal Council hereby invites bids for the lease of the business rights of Meat Stall No. 13 for the year 2027.
Details of the property offered for lease are displayed on the notice board of the Puttalam Municipal Council and the official public notice board in the town.
Bid application forms and conditions can be obtained from the Puttalam Municipal Council Office upon payment of the prescribed fee, from 9.00 a.m. on 21 August 2026 until 2.00 p.m. on 9 September 2026.
Completed bid application forms, prepared in accordance with the bidding conditions, should be clearly marked “Bid Application for 2027” and addressed to “The Mayor, Municipal Council, Puttalam.” The applications should be sent by registered post or delivered in person and placed in the bid box at the Puttalam Municipal Council before 10.00 a.m. on 10 September 2026.
All bids will be opened at 10.10 a.m. on 10 September 2026. The decision made by the Council regarding the bids shall be final.
