A digital handheld device purchased four years ago, but not previously brought into operation, is now being activated under the guidance of Puttalam Municipal Council Mayor, Engineer Rinsad Ahamed.
The device will be integrated with the Puttalam Municipal Council’s new digital payment system and utilised for field revenue collection activities.
This initiative aims to ensure the efficient and responsible utilisation of Municipal Council resources while making public services more convenient, faster and transparent.
