Tenders are hereby invited by the Puttalam Municipal Council for the lease of business rights of meat stalls owned by the Puttalam Municipal Council for the year 2026.
Details of the properties offered for lease are displayed on the notice board of the Puttalam Municipal Council and on the notice boards of government offices within the municipality.
Tender application forms and relevant conditions can be obtained from the Puttalam Municipal Council Office upon payment of the prescribed fees, from 23.01.2026 at 9.00 a.m. to 29.01.2026 at 3.00 p.m.
Duly completed tender forms, prepared in accordance with the tender conditions, should be sent by registered post clearly marked “Tender Form 2026” and addressed to
“The Mayor, Municipal Council, Puttalam”,
to reach on or before 30.01.2026 at 10.00 a.m.
Alternatively, tenders may be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Puttalam Municipal Council.
All tenders will be opened on 30.01.2026 at 10.10 a.m.
The decision of the Tender Board regarding the tenders shall be final.
