The Puttalam Municipal Council has called for bids for the repair of the roof of the K.A. Baiz Memorial Auditorium in Puttalam.
The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 48.9 million, with a construction period of 182 days.
The tender is being conducted under the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure. Eligible contractors registered with CIDA under Grade C4, C5 or C6 are invited to submit their bids.
The bidding documents can be purchased from the Puttalam Municipal Council from 17 August 2026 to 8 September 2026 for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 12,000.
The pre-bid meeting will be held on 24 August 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Puttalam Municipal Council.
The deadline for submitting bids is 10:00 a.m. on 8 September 2026. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time.
A bid security of Rs. 732,000 is required, valid until 4 January 2027.
