The Puttalam Municipal Council invites tenders for the leasing of business rights of chicken meat stall properties owned by the Municipal Council for the year 2026.
Details of the properties available for lease are displayed on the notice boards of the Puttalam Municipal Council and relevant official offices within the Municipal area.
Tender forms and conditions may be obtained from the Puttalam Municipal Council Office upon payment of the prescribed fee from 9.00 a.m. on 20 July 2026 until 2.00 p.m. on 28 July 2026.
Completed tender forms must be submitted before 10.00 a.m. on 30 July 2026, either by registered post addressed to the Commissioner, Municipal Council, Puttalam, with “2026 Tender Form” clearly indicated on the upper left-hand corner of the envelope, or by placing them in the Tender Box at the Municipal Council.
Tenders will be opened at 10.10 a.m. on 30 July 2026. The decision regarding the tenders shall be final.
