The Puttalam Municipal Council<\/strong> has called for bids for the repair of the roof of the K.A. Baiz Memorial Auditorium<\/strong> in Puttalam.<\/p>\n

The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 48.9 million<\/strong>, with a construction period of 182 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The tender is being conducted under the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure<\/strong>. Eligible contractors registered with CIDA under Grade C4, C5 or C6<\/strong> are invited to submit their bids.<\/p>\n

The bidding documents can be purchased from the Puttalam Municipal Council from 17 August 2026 to 8 September 2026<\/strong> for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 12,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The pre-bid meeting<\/strong> will be held on 24 August 2026 at 10:00 a.m.<\/strong> at the Puttalam Municipal Council.<\/p>\n

The deadline for submitting bids is 10:00 a.m. on 8 September 2026<\/strong>. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time.<\/p>\n

A bid security of Rs. 732,000<\/strong> is required, valid until 4 January 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
